James Arthur Chenault

CHENAULT, James Arthur “Bud”, age 88, of Dayton, born February 9, 1929 in Manchester, OH, departed life Thursday, February 9, 2017. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and worked for W.P.A.F.B. for 30 years. He was a member of Phillips Temple for many years. Preceded in death by wife, Joan; parents, James H. and Helen Chenault; sisters, Mary Graves, Joyce Hall; brothers, David “Tommy” and Gerald Chenault. He is survived by his son, David (Alana) Chenault; sisters, June Mullins (Joe Hayes), Dorothy (Richard) Freeman, Bonita Bond; granddaughter, Taylor; several nieces, nephews and special friends, Mr. and Mrs. Wilkes. Funeral service 1 pm Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Pastor Tracy Stevens, eulogist. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Visitation 10 am-1 pm. Family will receive friends 12-1 pm.
