Willa Nell Woodson

Willa Nell Woodson, age 78, of Dayton, OH, went home to glory Wednesday, November 20, 2024.  Willa was born on September 19, 1946 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Willie James and I’Nell Williams.

Willa graduated from Jefferson Township High School. She went to obtain a nursing degree and worked many years at the State Hospital. Willa became an Evangelist for many years at Deliverance Temple under Apostle Shelia Morrow. She obtained a doctrine of theology before moving to Transformation Worship Center where she was appointed as Mother of the Church by Bishop Christopher Heard.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Anderson Woodson Sr.; brothers, Darell Williams, Ernie and Alfred Williams; sister, Barbara Caldwell; brother-in-law, Benny Caldwell.

Willa leaves to cherish her memory son, William “Pip” Greer; daughter, Alexis Woodson; grandchildren, Christopher (Tineshea) Roundtree, Amari Greer, Achynte Greer, Elijah Woodson, Keinidi Woodson, David Jones III; great grandchildren, Taliyah Roundtree, Ty’Reik Roundtree, Trenton Roundtree, Tryce Roundtree; sister, Gleneva Cosby; a host of other relative and friends.
