Versie D. Washington

Versie D. Washington, age 83, fell asleep in death on October 2, 2021 at Miami Valley North Hospital. She was one of Jehovah’s loyal witnesses for 30 years. And she served as a regular pioneer for 16 years.

She was born the only daughter to Joe Sr. and Emma Pauline Ray. Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Joe Ray II, James William Ray; son, David E. Washington; daughters, Robin L. Washington, Regina Washington.

She leaves to cherish, her older brother, Paul James Sr. (Bernice) Gamble; son, Donald E. Jr. (Renae) Washington; daughters, Diana M. Rochester, Denise M. Washington; very best friend of 64 years, Beulah Hill; 18 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
