Van Boozer

Van Boozer, age 90, of Dayton, OH, was born to the late Daniel and Willie Boozer in Malone, AL on January 17, 1935. Van departed this life Monday, November 10, 2025.

Along with his parents, Van is also preceded in death by his wife, Glena Boozer; sisters, Hassie Taylor and Eleanor Ormond.

Van leaves to cherish his memory his brother, Lem (Dorothy) Boozer; sisters, Annie Henderson and Minnie (John) Brandon; nephews, Maurice Taylor, Micah Boozer, Micah Brandon, Marcus Brandon, Tommy Johnson, John Johnson, Tommy; nieces, Karen Ormond, Lynetta Boozer, Deidre Jordan, Betrice Casada, Jennifer Walls; a host of cousins, and friends.

Graveside service 1:30 pm Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Woodland Cemetery, 118 Woodland Ave., Dayton, OH.
