Stuart E. Canada was born May 11, 1947, in Scarbro, West Virginia. He went to be with his heavenly father, Sunday August 3, 2025.
Stuart graduated from Mount Hope in 1966. He was a decorated Marine that served in the Vietnam War. He was formerly employed with Chrysler. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Stuart is proceeded by his first wife Charlene Canada of 41 years of marriage, his father Andrew Canada Sr. and Mothers Elizabeth Thompson and Lilith Canada and 5 brother and 2 sisters and left to morn by his wife Bernadine. He is survived by one son Stuart Canada Jr., four daughters: Angelita Canada, April Murdock, Marie Canada and Tanya Canada and a stepdaughter Damona Murdock. 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 5 brothers and 8 sisters and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Stuart loved most was being around his grandkids, working on cars and watching westerns. He was a jokester and helped people when he could.
Funeral service 9:30 am Thursday, August 14, 2025 at House of Wheat Funeral Home, 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave., Dayton, OH. Visitation 8:30 am- 9:30 am at which time family will receive friends. Interment Dayton National Cemetery.
