Shawn Eric Norman

Shawn Eric Norman was born on November 17, 1965, and departed this life on May 25, 2024.

Preceding in his death is his mother, Shirley Jefferson; father, Claude Norman; granddaughter, Avah E. Norman; and nephew, Tiawon Jefferson.

Leaving to cherish his memory is his wife, LaShanna Norman; two sons, Brooks Reese and DaShawn (Darcy) Norman; two daughters, Erica (Terrence) Jones and Cierra LaShawn Norman; 3 stepchildren, Terry Holt, Sha’Neisha White, and Patrick Jackson Jr.; and 12 grandchildren.

Shawn was the youngest of 8 siblings; four brothers, Ray Jefferson, James (Lois) Jefferson, Steve Jefferson, and Christopher (Shelley) Norman; and three sisters, Annette (Billy) Thames, Claudette (Todd) Harris, and LaReatha (Clarence) Weathersby.

Funeral will be held at 11 am on June 8, 2024, at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave, Dayton, OH. Viewing 9 am- 11 am. Shawn’s last ride will be to West Memory Gardens. Pastor Raleigh Thornton Jr. officiating.
