RUTLAND, Patricia, age 66, died October 25, 2019. Patricia graduated from Dunbar High School and received a degree from Wilberforce University. Patricia will be remembered by her daughter, Reva Mobley and grandson, Phoenix Rutland. Memorial service will be held 12 noon Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Calling hour 11 am until time of service.
