Michael James Lark, born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, went home Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Lester Lark Sr.; wife, Marguerite; brother, Calvin Lark Sr.; grandson, Elijah.

Michael is survived by his mother, Lottie Mae (Mikki) Lark; siblings, Linda Press, John Wesley Hicks Jr. (Janice), Jeffery Lark Sr. (Valeria), Lester Lark Jr., Vercie Lark (Lisa), Linda Lark, Greg Fields; daughters, Treonne Hurst-Sanders (Sherman) of Louisville, KY, LaDonna Lynne Gutierrez (Juan M.) of Pueblo, CO, LaMicKa Devries (Ivan Martin) of Denver, CO, Darneeka Junies, Alexandria Lark (Glanville Owens); son, Michael Smith, all of Dayton; ten grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Walk-through visitation 10 am-12 noon Thursday, September 2, 2021 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Private service at 12 noon. Lester Lark Jr. officiating. (Mask Required). Interment Dayton National Cemetery.
