Michael Stephen Dix, Sr.

 DIX, Michael Stephen, age 70, born January 21, 1948 in Dayton, Ohio, departed this life Thursday, March 15, 2018. He retired from GM/Inland Division with 30 years of service. He enjoyed going to the Casino and having breakfast with his co-workers. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Josephine Dix; brother, Ronald Dix. He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Michael Dix II; brother, William Dix; sisters, Shirley Williams, Jerri Jewett, Carolyn Foster and Saundra Milan; stepdaughter, Sheletha R. Spears; dear friends, Pete Broome, Manson Foster; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Pastor Renard Allen Jr. officiating. Visitation 10 am Thursday at the funeral home until time of service. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment West Memory Gardens.
