Louis Frederick Kendall

Louis Frederick Kendall “Freddie” was born June 1, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio, went to be home with the Lord on Saturday, March 1, 2025.

He served in the United States Marine Corp until he was discharged. He then went on to work at Delphi where he retired.

Louis is preceded in death by his parents, Robert H. and Mattie C. Kendall; his brothers, Robert C. and Roger W. Kendall; his sisters, Cecilia Kendall and Lois F. Wilson, Beatrice James; son Louis Kendall, Jr.

 He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Wesley Hawkins; grandson, Jalen Hawkins; siblings, Alice V. Reid and Margaret L. Campbell; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service 12 pm Monday, March 17, 2025 at House of Wheat Funeral Home, 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave., Dayton, OH. Visitation 9 am- 12 pm. Family will receive friends 11 am- 12 pm. Interment Dayton National Cemetery.
