Lorine Darden McCombs

Lorine Darden, age 85, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born in Cedartown, Georgia to the late Prince Albert and Bessie Darden. She was a teacher, mother and friend to all. She was a former employee of Kettering and Miami Valley Hospitals.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earnest L. McCombs. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Katie (Elijah) Hicks, Patricia Arnold, Eula “Poochie”, Albert “Mitch” McCombs, Mark Douglas McCombs Sr.; sister, Anne Mae Frierson; special niece, Shirley House; Eastview Church of God family, Dianna Widmeyer and Dennis Curtsinger, Sharon Brice-Patterson; 25 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
