Leon Penson, Sr.

Leon Penson Sr., age 89, was born September 12, 1931 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Leon was a well-known Brick Mason in Central Ohio, yet one of his greatest achievements was being baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for over 60 years.

He was preceded in death by first wife, Mozelle Penson; parents, Willie Penson and Jessie Dardis; son, Steven Penson.

Leon leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of 12 years, Marie Penson; daughters, Sharon Gibson (Roman), Tracy Jordan Jones (Robert); sons, Leon Penson Jr., Eric Jordan (Adrian), Tony Jordan (Tamara); a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, family and friends.

Memorial service will be held 12 noon Saturday, July 31, via Zoom. Meeting ID:  737 587 296; PW:  013412. Interment West Memory Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc.
