Joseph Bailey

Joseph Bailey, age 76, was born March 21, 1948 and passed away Friday, August 30, 2024. He was native of Athens, Alabama and resided in Trotwood, Ohio for many years.  Joseph was a graduate of Trinity High School class of 1966. He was an employee of Inland and Eldridge Body Shop for several years. 

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, L.C. Bailey and Addie Bailey; wife, Elizabeth Bailey; brothers, L.V. Bailey, Greg Bailey; sister, Laura Allen; stepdaughters, Mary E. Battle, Janice Battle, and Josephine Goldsmith.

Joseph is survived by his daughter, Jo L. Bailey; brother, W.C, Bailey; sisters, Alice Faye Anderson, Marie McLin, Bettye Green, Arlene Horton; partner for 13 years, Dina Hill; grandsons, RaeShon Battle and Charles Simmons; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Graveside service 12 pm Thursday, September 5, 2024 at West Memory Gardens, 7622 Hemple Road, Moraine, Ohio. Arrangements entrusted to House of Wheat Funeral Home.
