Jeffrey Adrian Taylor aka “Pinky”, age 58, born September 14, 1961 in Savannah, Tennessee at Hardin County Hospital to the late Dorothy “Camilla” Hayes Taylor and James Edward Taylor Sr. Jeffrey, closed his eyes and entered into eternal sleep Tuesday, July 14, 2020. He attended Highview and Whittier Elementary Schools, and graduated from Dunbar High School. He was an over the road truck driver for many years before retiring from US Foods in Atlanta, GA. Jeffrey accepted Christ at an early age. He was a loving and caring father, brother, grandfather, friend, and truly cared for others. He was the baby boy of his family; his siblings and children were a huge part of his life. He leaves to cherish his memory, seven children: daughters, Deaquanita “Dee Dee” Taylor of Baltimore, Maryland, Claudia (Dan) Parker of Bradenton, Florida, and Camilla Barrow of Decatur, Georgia; sons, Jeffrey Dumas of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jeffrey Taylor of Decatur, Georgia, Terrell and Brandon Taylor of Thomasville, Georgia; grandchildren, Malik Taylor of Steelton, Pennsylvania, Elle and Ellis Parker of Miami, Florida, and Julius Taylor-Darden of Baltimore, Maryland; devoted siblings; Brenda “Teresa” Johnson, James Edward Taylor Jr. (Stephanie), Cheryl Ann Jones (Bobby) all of Trotwood, Ohio, Barbara Jean Taylor, Deborah Lynn Kendall (Bobby/Chief) of Aragon, Georgia, Valerie T Davy (Dennis) of Temple, Georgia; stepmother, Pearl Taylor of Keokuk, Iowa; stepsisters, Mittie (Willie) Turner, Sharron (Tyrone) Seay of Keokuk, Iowa; stepbrother, Roger Bryant of Dayton, Ohio; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends.
Walk-through visitation will be held 10 am- 12 pm Friday, August 14, 2020 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Private Memorial Service.
