Elder Isaac Williams, age 76, of Dayton, Ohio, born October 2, 1945, in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Frank and Mozzetter Williams, went home to be with the Lord April 16, 2022.
He attended Hooper City High School in Sayreton, Alabama. After high school, he worked at Buchanan Lumber Company as a sawmill machine operator for many years. In 1988, he relocated to Dayton. He was a dedicated employee at Economy Linen where he later retired.
Isaac was a God-Fearing man who loved reading his Bible, listening to gospel music, and playing in the gospel band.
Isaac was preceded in death by his siblings, Beatrice Williams Morris Boyd, Eugene M. Williams, and Frank Williams Jr.
Isaac leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Shirley Williams; daughters, Frankie Williams, Emma Cannon, and Charlene Holley; sisters, Rachel Younger (Lawrence), and Emma C. Silencieux. He was blessed with grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Walk-through visitation 9-11 Saturday, April 23, at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Funeral service will be held 11 am. (Mask Required).
