Hopson "Hoppy" Shaffer Bell Jr., age 54, passed away Friday, October 20, 2023, at his residence. He was born November 13, 1968, in Manilla Philippines to Hopson Shaffer Bell Sr. and the late Pauline (Byrd) Bell.

Hoppy was a graduate of Meadowdale High School class of '87. He attended Central State University, and Fortis College. He went on to become an entrepreneur and owner of JT KoolBreeze Heating and Air. Hoppy had a passion for HVAC and was a loving father. He was the life of the party and had a contagious smile.

He leaves to cherish his memory father; daughter, Kori Bell; sons, Hopson Bell III, and Zavior Bell; brothers, Mark and Terry Bell; sister, Brandy Nikki Bell; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

The Family would like to send their deepest appreciation to all for their condolences and prayers during this distressing time and will be having a private ceremony.
