Gregory A. Vaughn

VAUGHN, Gregory Andrew “Ataur”, age 66, a native Daytonian born January 3, 1953, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Hospice of Dayton. A veteran of the United States Navy and a member of Al-Islam. Preceded in death by his wife, Crystal Vaughn; parents, Lewis & Margaret Vaughn; brother, Ronald Vaughn. He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters, Krishna Sims & Grecia Vaughn (Momar); sister, Tierney “Tammy” Miller; grandchildren, Naemah T. Nzeruem, Tawana Sims & Marc Sims; special cousin, Sharon Nooks; a host of other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 12:30 pm Thursday, August 8, 2019 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Interment Dayton National Cemetery. Visitation 10 am Thursday at the funeral home until time of service. Family will receive friends one hour prior.
