Garry Douglas

Brother Garry Douglas was born October 7, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio to the late John Douglas and Florence E. (Woolridge) Tilllmon.

Garry was a graduate of Nettie Lees Roth High School, Class of 1972. He is a retiree of the Dayton VA Medical Center where he was employed for 40 years. He was a member of Faith Temple Pentecostal Church of God.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Judy O. (Douglas) Adams.

He will always be loved and remembered by his brother, John Douglas; sister, Jean (Douglas) Washington; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and an abundance of God's children and friends.

Family would like to thank Siena Woods Care Center and all staff members, Ms. Latonya Smith, Faith Temple Pentecostal Church of God family, friends, and neighbors for their prayers and wonderful support of Garry during his illness.

Funeral service 11 am Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at House of Wheat Funeral Home, 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave., Dayton, OH. Visitation 9 am – 11 am. Family will receive friends 10 am to 11 am. Interment West Memory Gardens.
