Obituary

Evelyn Suggs, born January 12, 1960, in Dayton, Ohio to Martha Louise Champion and Theodore Lewis, went home to be with the Lord May 27, 2022. She was a supervisor for Rite-Aid Pharmacy, and a member of the Parliament Club.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Suggs Jr.; and her parents, Martha Louise Champion and Theodore Lewis, and Jeffery Champion.

She leaves to cherish, her loving sister, NaKia L. Champion; brothers, Terry, Jerry and Oscar Jr. Champion; three nieces and one nephew, Na’Esha and Jamarion Taul, Zamaria and Zariana Galloway; great nephews, Zy’Aire and ZayMar Galloway; a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends; and her loving dog, “Sparky”.

Funeral service will be held 12:30 pm Thursday, June 9, at God's Way Triune Ministries, 4544 Old Troy Pike. Visitation 10:30 am until time of service. Interment Dayton National Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc.
