Euvonda Denise Anderson, a native of Dayton, Ohio, born September 22, 1960 to the late Milton Arthur and Mary Ann Anderson, departed this life May 1, 2020.
Euvonda graduated from Jefferson Township High School in 1977. She later went on to receive an Associate Degree in accounting from Miami Jacobs College and a Bachelor Degree in Business Organization from Nyack College based in New York. Euvonda worked a number of years at NCR Corporation as a Contract Analyst. She was employed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base as a Financial Analyst where she worked until her health no longer permitted her to do so.
A staunch proponent of fitness and wellness, she maintained a rigid routine of exercise and strictly adhered to an organic food diet. She was also a Zumba instructor who loved to dance. At various functions, Euvonda was often the first person on the dance floor and the last one off. She was frequently the life of the party and fondly referred to as the “hip” aunt. She especially enjoyed the fun times she shared with her grandchildren, as well as other family members and friends. Euvonda was also a gracious giver. If she knew someone was in need, much like her mother, she did whatever she could to help them through the rough times.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Sandra R. James, and brother, Tony T. Anderson.
Euvonda leaves to cherish her precious memories and unconditional love, a devoted son, Brannon Anderson (Brandi); sisters, Barbara Hawks (Sterling) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Zeta James of Dayton, Ohio, Billie S. Ober of Fort Worth, Texas and Vicki T. Anderson of Dayton, Ohio; brother, Michael Anderson of Dayton, Ohio; grandchildren, Cha’Carla Jones, Keith Watson, Brannon Anderson Jr., Braed’n Anderson, Shaniya Todd, Angelo Anderson; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
