Deloris Maxine Jones

Deloris Maxine Jones, age 84, departed this life Tuesday, January 28, 2025. She was born on March 9, 1940 in Ottawa, Kansas.

A Dayton resident for over 65 years, Deloris retired from DESC after 23 years of service.  Deloris enjoyed gardening and going to the movies. Her favorite hobby was sewing.

Preceded in death by her parents, A.B. and Gladys Cooper; son, Daniel Jones; brothers, Floyd Bartlett, Buddy, Norvell, A.B. Jr., and Robert Cooper; sister, Janice Cooper.

Deloris leaves to cherish her memory 3 sons, Earl Coplen Jr., Gary Robinson, and Todd Jones; brothers, Alfred (Elizabeth) Cooper, Kenneth Cooper, and Danny Cooper; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren other relatives and friends.

Graveside service 10 am Monday, February 3, 2025 at Shiloh Park Cemetery, 5479 Philadelphia Dr., Dayton, OH. Arrangements entrusted to House of Wheat Funeral Home.
