Carolyn Lee Arnold

Carolyn Lee Arnold, a lifelong resident of Dayton, Ohio, was born January 21, 1942. Carolyn departed this life Monday, January 6, 2025, at Grandview Hospital.

Carolyn was a graduate of Dunbar High School Class of 1960. Carolyn began her career at DESC in 1964. She served 32 years and retired in 1996. Carolyn was a devoted mother and grandmother.

Preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Sanford Sr and Eva Lee Sanford; sister, Mable E. Sanford; brother, Samuel Sanford Jr.

Carolyn leaves to cherish her memory, sons Jeffrey Trent (Vera) Arnold, Tremayne Brett (Krystal) Arnold; grandchildren, Tamica M. Mosley, Gracarrie L (Clarence) Razor, Jasmine T Arnold, Trent J Arnold, Shardae A Arnold, Aireona Arnold, Tremayne B Arnold Jr., Devont'e Johnson-Arnold, Daviona Spann, Tren'naye Arnold, Kynnedi Arnold; great grandchildren, Esaw Brown, Heavenlee Bass, Tylen Razor, Lana Mosley, Cairo Arnold, Indigo Arnold, Ramon 'RJ' Bracey, Harmoni Gates, Dylan Johnson, Lyric Johnson, Darri Reed, Wynter Goodwin, King Johnson. Brothers, Shawn A Johnson, Juan A Johnson. Daughter, Bobbi Renee (Rashid) Lawson. Son, Herman Sutton. Special nieces, Alicia R Sanford, Tiffani S Sanford, Latasha D Sanford. Special great niece, Eva S Sanford. Devoted cousin, Agnes George. Funeral service 11 am Friday, January 17, 2025 at House of Wheat Funeral Home, 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave., Dayton, OH. Visitation 9 am- 11 am. Family will receive friends 10 am- 11 am. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
