Brenda A. Walker, age 75, went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, September 10, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton after an extended illness. She was born November 21, 1945 in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Bennie and Julia Mae Burnside Raglin.
She was a member of Highlight Temple Missionary Baptist Church and a retiree of NCR. Brenda was a longtime resident of Dayton and was united in marriage to Jimmy H. Walker, who preceded her in death.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, William “Butch” Lauderdale Raglin, Sr.; aunt, Della “Aunt BB” Burnside; brothers, Leon B. Lewis and Walter L. Raglin, Sr.; grandsons, Vershawn Dangerfield and William “Butchie” Lauderdale Raglin, Jr.; great granddaughter, D’Aijah “Pooh Pooh” Raglin.
To cherish her memory are her grandchildren, Tashawana, Kenneth “Pooh”, Tamika, Sh’Tonja, Verdonna, Lamar, Christopher and Christian; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Walk-through visitation 9-11 am Monday, September 20, at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. (Mask Required). Service at 11 am.
