Beatrice (Bea Bea) Martin-Page, age 79, was born on February 1, 1945, to the late William H. & Martha L. Brown in Dayton, Ohio. She transitioned peacefully on Thursday, August 15, 2024, after a sudden illness.
Bea’s faith journey began at an early age when she confessed her belief in Christ. In her adult years, she found spiritual fulfillment as a dedicated member of Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
Professionally, Bea was a hardworking individual; she was an executive secretary at Delco Products, and after many years of service retired from Miamisburg Mound.
Bea was not only a beloved mother & grandmother to many but, she also devoted over 30 years to advocating for foster children through Montgomery County Children Services.
Personally, Bea was a long-time recovered addict of 35 years that became a mentor and led others into a life of sobriety. She was also a member of the Toros MC of Dayton, Ohio.
Left to cherish her memory are her 6 devoted children, Djuana Looper, Joseph Martin III, Bonnie Gaither, Jasmine Martin-Page, Ta’Juana (Michael) Taylor, & Maurice Page; 7 Grandchildren, Antwann Sr., Ariana, Donica, Joseph IV, Christanae, Ka’Leah “Her Newborn”, & Zy’aire; 8 Great grandchildren, Antwann Jr., Teyann, Alanna, MiKaela, Maliya, Mason, Rylan, & River; 2 sisters, Deborah Berry & Marilyn “Sweetheart” Rutledge; & 2 bonus daughters, Tanya Schooler-Hogan, & Kalita Landers. Many held a special place in her heart including, John & Alice, Gevena, Fanchia, Janel, Onita, Phyllis, Peggy, Cynthia, Aunt Christy & Uncle Rick, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
Bea’s contagious smile, heartwarming hugs, unwavering determination, & boundless love touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
