Alicia Lynn Hayden, age 69, a resident of Dayton, OH, ascended to Heaven on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Hospice of Dayton.
Alicia was a graduate of Kiser High School and a retired employee of Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) after 39 years of service. She was a faithful member and servant leader at Phillips Temple Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, Mary E. (Hunt) Perrin Arnold and George (Perrin) Perry; brothers, Timothy Hunt, Tommy Arnold Jr.; sister, Marshelle Knox.
Alicia is survived by her husband, Hubert (Skip) Hayden; three daughters, Audra (Manilito) Spikes, Kolicia (Johnnie) Carter and Tiana Hayden; one son, Hasani Hayden; three brothers, George H. Perry (Rachel), Derek Perry and Dwayne (Anita) Irving; three grandchildren, Joshua Doyle, Ke' Asia and Samya Reeder; three special great grandchildren, Kamryn and Kaliyah Doyle and Kahlil Dalton; special nephew, Hayden Perry; special aunt, Charlie Marie of Atlanta, Georgia; special friends, Alice Allen and Karen Fox, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, the Hayden and McCall families, as well as special church family/friends too numerous to name, but much loved. The family sends a special thank you to the caregivers at Hospice of Dayton.
In Alicia’s response to all who loved her, she ultimately “loved you more”.
Funeral service 11 am Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Phillips Temple, 3620 Shiloh Springs Road, Trotwood, OH. Visitation 10 am – 11 am at which time family will receive friends. Interment West Memory Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to House of Wheat Funeral Home.
