Roy Eugene Cowan

COWAN, Roy Eugene, of Dayton, Ohio, born May 4, 1927, passed away December 1, 2018. Preceded in death by his wife, S. Juan Cowan and infant son, Roy Eugene. He leaves his children, Paulette LaVonne, Roy Elliott III, Keta Jeon, Nicole Cowan-Walters and Jacques Trevor; five grandchildren and his sister, Betty Taylor. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Visitation 10 am at the funeral home until time of service. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment 11 am Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Dayton National Cemetery.
