Pamela E. Scearce

Pam was born April 14, 1948 to Julia M. Clemons Brown and James Earl Johnson Sr.

Graduate of Roosevelt High School, and a retired C.M.A. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. Pam professed Christ as her savior at an early age. Pam was united in marriage to John Scearce. She unselfishly gave of herself to whomever needed her. She met no strangers and she knew everybody. Her zest for life led her in many directions giving, sharing, and receiving from each person she encountered along the way. Her memory will be cherished by loved ones as we celebrate her homegoing.

Pam is preceded in death by fathers, James Earl Johnson Sr., Maurice E. Brown Sr; siblings, Maurice E. Brown Jr., Willa Mae Brown, Stanley B. Brown; special friend and 1^st husband, Larry Shepherd Sr.

Pam is survived by her loving mother, Julia M. Brown; siblings, Tracy Brown, Deloris Williams, Timothy Brown, Rebecca Jones, James Earl Johnson Jr.; devoted children, Larry Shepherd Jr., Yolonda Frost, Anthony Shepherd; 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and special friends. Pam lived her life to the fullest and she will be truly missed.

Funeral service will be held 11 am Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 3375 W. Siebenthaler Ave. Pastor Samuel Winston Jr. officiating. Visitation 9-11 am. Family will receive friends 10-11 am.
