Littie Coleman

COLEMAN, Littie, age 97, departed this life on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born December 27, 1919 in Greenville, Alabama. During her time in Dayton, she was a faithful member of McKinley United Methodist Church and United Gospel Chorus, Inc. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fletcher and Annie Crenshaw; her husband, Thomas C. Coleman; sisters, Rosetta Simmons and Carrie Smith. She leaves to cherish her memory a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service 11 am Saturday, October 7, 2017 at McKinley United Methodist Church, 196 Hawthorne Street. Rev. Peter Edward Matthews officiating and Rev. Dr. Lois B. Fortson, eulogist. Visitation 9 am to 11 am. Family will receive friends one hour prior.  Interment West Memory Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc.
