Kendrick Devon Hardy, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly December 6, 2019 at Grandview Hospital. Kendrick was born June 19, 1966 to John Hardy Sr. and Ethel Anderson.
Kendrick was a great guy with a big heart. He was loved by many and he loved his family dearly. Kendrick enjoyed hosting parties and having a great time with his friends. He enjoyed playing pool and shooting the breeze. He was also a die-hard Eagles fan.
He is preceded in death by his son, Kendrey White, and his father, John W. Hardy Sr.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Nancy Hardy; children, Keena Watson (Kurtis), Aarionne Curry, Courtney Hardy, Brooklyn Hardy, Whitney Manson (step-daughter), and Aiyanna Moss (step-daughter); siblings, Patrick Cox (Cheri), John Hardy (Melinda), Kano Hardy (Kimiko), Leona Hardy, Tanya Jackson and Jewel Mallory. Kendrick was blessed with six beautiful grandchildren, that all loved him dearly, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, close families and friends.
Funeral service will be held 1 pm Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Visitation 10 am at the funeral home until time of service. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
