WILLIAMS, James W., age 78, born December 15, 1939 in Dayton, Ohio, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018 at his residence. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Victory in Power Ministries, 4519 Oakridge Dr. Visitation 10 am at the church until time of service. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment Jeffersonview Cemetery.
