DILLARD, Jr., James Anderson, age 76, born February 27, 1942 in Dayton, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Greater New Philadelphia M. B. Church, 108 N. Williams St. Visitation 9 am Wednesday at the church until time of service. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc.
