I called Waibel Energy systems today to wish Frank a Happy Birthday. Something I have done for many many years. Sometimes he would be on vacation, so I would call his cell phone. I am so heart broken to have found out just today that Frank has passed away. I got to be friends with Frank after meeting him through Waibel. I feel blessed to have known him. He will be sorely missed. I am so sorry for your devastating loss. RIP Dear Friend.
