Eddie William Jacob

JACOB, Eddie William, 77, born July 20, 1940 in Carrollton, Georgia, departed this life November 16, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton. He was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and received his Bachelors of Science from Central State University. In 1980 he received his CPA from The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Eddie retired from Jefferson Township Schools, where he served as Treasurer. Preceded in death by his father, William Jacob. Left to cherish his memory, his mother, Lela Jacob; devoted wife of 53 years, Peggy Jacob; children, Nichelle Smith (Tye) and Nicole Jacob; grandchildren, Taylor and Nicholas Smith; a host of family and friends. Funeral service will be held 11 am Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Northwest Church of Christ, 489 S. Broadway St., Trotwood, OH. Dr. Cleavon Matthews officiating. Visitation 9 am Tuesday until the time of service.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc.
