My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Charles Oliver. Losing a loved one brings great sadness but The Bible promises that in the near future under God's Kingdom or Government that "he will wipe out every tear from their eyes,and death will be no more,neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Verse 5 goes on to tell us we can believe in these promises because "they are faithful and true". Jesus cured the sick and raised the dead while on earth so we can believe that as king of that Government he will be able to solve mankinds problems.
