C. Evelyn Walker

 WALKER, C. Evelyn, 86, of Dayton, OH, was born May 18, 1931 in Graham, AL to the late Charlie Mack and Coretha Stephens, departed this life October 16, 2017 at Spring Hills Singing Woods Assisted Living. Preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters and one son-in-law. She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Victor (Rose) Alexander; daughters, Vanessa English and Felecia Brown; granddaughters, Vonciel English (Bryant), Keysha Alexander, Victoria (Jason) Boone, and Brittany Brown; six great grandchildren, two brothers and three sisters; a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be held 11 am Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Wayman A.M.E. Church, 3317 Hoover Ave. Visitation 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Family will receive friends 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Entombment Woodland Mausoleum. Arrangements entrusted to the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc.
