Victor Earl Hines

HINES, Victor Earl, age 61, of Dayton, born September 8, 1955, entered into heavenly rest unexpectedly February 8, 2017. He was a graduate of Nettie Lee Roth High School and Sinclair Community College. He was the owner, operator of a lawn care service until his death, and a former employee of the Dayton Daily News. He was a member of Bethesda Temple Apostolic Church. Victor had a giving spirit and he always looked out for his family. He will be missed by all who came in contact with him. Preceded in death by his mother, Pearlie Hines; father, Marvin Hines; stepfather, Robert Huiel; sister, Deborah Hines; nephew, Braxton Gilkey III. He is survived by his sisters, Shirley Hines, Robynn Bennett, Wanda Hines; a host of nieces, nephews, great nephews, family and friends. Memorial service 1 pm Friday, February 24, 2017 at Bethesda Temple Apostolic Church, 3701 Salem Ave. Calling hour 12 noon at which time family will receive friends.
