HOWARD, Richard L. “Dicky”, 68, born May 11, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio, passed away September 28, 2017, after a brief illness, at Siena Woods facility. Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Sylvia Howard. Survivors: sons, Aamir Howard, Richarie Howard, Shaun and Danny Holly; brothers, Thomas, Lee (Minnie) and Husten Howard, Wayne Pinkins; sister, Ethel Whitley; a host of other family and friends. Funeral service 11 am Friday, October 6, 2017 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Visitation 8:30-11 am. Family will receive friends 10-11 am. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Siena Woods.
