Mattie Louise Hill

HILL, Mattie Louise Walker, age 97, of Trotwood, went home to be with our Lord Saturday, April 29, 2017 in Lawrenceville, GA. She was born February 17, 1920 in Mercer, TN to the late Dorsey and Ella Walker. Mattie Louise was a dedicated member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her daughter, Bertha Mosley, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, and former husband, LeRoy Hill. She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted daughter, Virgie M. Wilder; son, Roy Lee Hill; 7 granddaughters; 2 grandsons; 13 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; friend, Eva Jaudon; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Home going service will be held 11 am Friday, May 12, 2017 at Macedonia M B Church, 27 N. Gettysburg Ave. Dr. Jamison Hunter, Pastor, officiating. Visitation 9-11 am. Family will receive friends 10-11 am. Interment West Memory Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave.
