Margaret W. Rainey

RAINEY, Margaret W., age 73, of Dayton, Ohio, departed this life Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Mercy Siena of Dayton. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor Morris Smyth, and served on the Usher Board #2.

Preceded in death by parents, Fred Sr. and Helen Clark. Margaret is survived by devoted daughter, Crystal Rainey; sons, Kenneth (Hazel) Stringer, Mark and Jeffery Stringer, and devoted son, Derrick Rainey; sisters, Judith (Calvin Sr.) Douglas, Helen (Tyler) Ray, and devoted sister, Pamela (Roderick Sr.) Harris; brothers, Fred Jr. (Susan), Edward (Romon), Ernest and Kevin (Heidi) Clark; grandchildren, Kenneth (Tara) Stringer, DeNisha Stringer, Christopher Bozeman, Karsyn Crane-Stringer, Brody Rainey; 2 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Service will be held 11 am Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at First Wesleyan Church, 401 Gramont Ave. Pastor William Stringer, eulogist. Visitation 9-11 am. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment West Memory Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc.
