SIMON, Marcus L., passed away unexpectedly April 15, 2017 in his home. Preceded in death by his mother, Anna Gray Simon; father, William T. Cunningham; step dad, Worlie Simon; sister, Diana Gray; brothers, Byron, Anthony Simon. He leaves to cherish his memories his daughters, Marketa, Leah Scott, KI’esha Simon; stepchildren, LaMica, Michael Howard Jr., Ja’Naye and Jay’Laquan Scott; long life companion of 21 years, Renee L. Scott; sisters, Sheila, Teresa Cunningham, Connie (John) Allen, Deborah (Tony) Tanner; brothers, Joseph, Timothy Simon; niece & nephew, Shamika and Byron L. Jr. Simon; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Service 1 pm Monday, April 24, 2017 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Visitation 10 am-1 pm. Family will receive friends 12-1 pm. Interment Greencastle Cemetery.
