God's word give us hope for our dear love ones who have fallen asleep in death, Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live, my corpses will rise up, awake and shout joyfully, you resident in the dust! for your dew is as the dew of the morning, and the earth will let those powerless in death come to life.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Although this is a sad time we know that when Jesus was on earth he cured the sick, gave sight to the blind, and raised the dead. (John 11:11-13, Matthew 14:14,) Under God's kingdom Jesus will do so much more for mankind.(Matthew 6:9+10) So we can look forward to the day when John 5:28 is fulfilled and we see our loved ones again.
