Ms. June What a wonderful, beautiful child of the most high God! I will never forget my first trip to Ohio was with Ms. June and her husband Bill to Cleveland to see her family. I was around 10 yrs of age. She had bought me and my sisterfriend, Benita Bolling outfits to match for that awesome trip. We had such a good time! She was always so giving and so kind. Lobe you Ms. June and I look forward to seeing you again on that Great Getin up Morning! Until we meet again......

I was one of the many youths who benefitted from June's love and showers of blessings. Like family, she was there for many significant childhood memories. Rest, June, we love you and will never, ever forget your kind hearted spirit.

My heart is sad and broken, but it is still filled with love and joy that my friend, mother, and sister is resting in the arms of our Lord. June was more than a friend, she was an angel sent from God for me and my sons. She was their second mother, Aunt Junie, they called her. We LOVED her so much and I remember talking to her just this past Christmas telling her how much I missed her and loved her. I will always have a part of June in me. She never birthed me naturally, but she birthed me spiritually and that will always remain in me. She took care of us. I will miss her voice and her laugh. I will miss her singing, "This joy that I have, the world didn't give it and the world can't take it away. I love you June. Betty Anne, your child and friend.

Aunt June (as all the kids called her) was the most loving and kindest person I have ever known. She was so special to me and my sister throughout the years. As kids she took us and many others in the neighborhood under under her wings. She was like Mother Goose..when you saw her she had all the kids with her. I believe they brought her joy but not as much she did to us. She was amazing..never got angry..always smiling. I will miss you June and I know you have a special high place awaiting you in paradise❤️

MISS JUNE WAS MY MOM ROBERTA'S BEST FRIEND. I CAN'T REMEMBER NOT KNOWING HER. SHE AND MOM WOULD TALK FOR HOURS DAILY ON THE PHONE. WE KNEW WHEN WE HAD TROUBLE REACHING MOM IT WAS BECAUSE SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MISS JUNE. SHE ALWAYS GREETED YOU AS IF SHE HAD NOT SEEN YOU IN YEARS. SHE WAS THE MOST LOVING PERSON. WE HAVE MISSED HER. YOU HAVE OUR DEE[EST SYMPATHIES.
