My sincere condolences to the Hand family. Losing a loved one is a very difficult thing for a family to deal with, It is very painful, but the Bible tells of how Jesus resurrected the dead and cured the sick while he was on earth.(John chapter 11 John 9:11) He also taught his followers to pray for God's Kingdom, (Matthew 6:9+10) that kingdom will accomplish on a grander scale what Jesus did while on earth including a resurrection of those in the memorial tombs.(John 5:28) these are promises that will take place soon because as Titus 1:3 says God cannot lie.
