WILLIAMS, Elias “Bill”, age 95, of Dayton, born October 8, 1922 in Century, FL, died February 5, 2018. Preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Ardelia Williams; wife, Betty; son, Elias Williams, Jr.; 6 brothers, 4 sisters. Bill served honorably in the U.S. Army. He was a member of The Bold Believers Church of Christ. He leaves to cherish his memory, great nephew, William Thornton; great-great nieces, Marjorie and Billi Michelle Thornton; great-great nephew, Aaron Thornton, all who aided in his care; grandsons, Elias III (Montisola) and Kevin Williams; great granddaughter, Sierra Williams; several generations of loving nieces and nephews. Funeral service 11 am Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at The Bold Believers Church of Christ, 489 S. Broadway, Trotwood. Dr. Cleavon Matthews officiating. Visitation 9-11 am. Family will receive friends 10-11 am. Interment Dayton National Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc.
