Dear Phyllis and Family,
I am proud to say that Dean was a friend and a fellow activist. I remember the times we worked together on various state and national issues as members of NBIPP. Dean was always commented to work hard and fight the fight for justice and equality for his (our) people.

Dean will be missed and remember as a Giant.
