Cecil Ray Mitchell

 MITCHELL, Cecil Ray, age 80, of Trotwood, born November 18, 1937 in Powderly, KY, departed this life January 29, 2018. He graduated from Garfield Trade School. He worked for Mercer Foundry for approximately 15 years, and later, for the family business, Mitchell Electric Company. He was a faithful member of Mt. Paran M. B. Church. Preceded in death by his parents, C.V. Sr. and Alice Mitchell; brothers, C.V. Jr., Charles and Donald G. Mitchell; sister, Daisy Mae Mitchell. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his beloved siblings, John (Emma), Rev. James (Shelly), David and Curtiss Mitchell, Pansy Ella (Michael) Freeman, Virginia Ann Redmon; sister-in-law, Anna Mitchell; a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service 11 am Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Bethlehem M. B. Church, 70 Hollencamp Ave. Rev. James Mitchell officiating. Visitation 9-11 am. Family will receive friends 10-11 am. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc.
